Cereal Milk Pancakes 😍😮‍💨 RECIPE below

Ingredients —
1 cup of self raising flour
1/4 cup caster or granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder (essential for the rise)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
1 cup of cereal milk (I used @marksandspencerfood Honey Nut Cornflakes, soaked in whole milk for 10 mins — strain the flakes, then add fresh flakes to the milk then soak for another 10 mins for extra flavour 😍)
Salted butter for frying
Canadian Maple Syrup @marksandspencerfood

Enjoy 😅

Happy Pancake Day 🥳
