Embossing is always nerve wracking to prep for print, but the results are always worth it. 🪄✨

Never got to posting a still of this one (😅) but it continues to be a forever favorite. J + R’s two primary asks were sustainability and “something inspired by The Decemberists”.

For materials, we used 100% recycled paper, which included a fiber-based card made from textile remnants. The designs (except the welcome party card) were letterpressed, which tends to utilize less electricity than other print techniques. Lastly, the ribbon that held everything together was locally sourced and dyed using a nearly zero-waste process.

In a world of fast fashion and trends that come and go at the speed of light, we’re so grateful for clients that are not just kind with great taste, but prioritize preserving the planet. 🤍🌏

For Jessica and Jesse’s black tie wedding at @lottehotel_seattle. The key themes were their love of travel, Seattle, and the sleek black and white interior of the venue. 🤍
