✨ My labor of love is complete. This is the first complete series that I have ever rebound and it sure gave me a run for my money! About 3 books in I finally figured out how to get the gold foil to work with me and I managed to get all the spines to work out 😅 I am super proud that I managed to replicate the same design onto all 5 books and have them turn out actually looking like a matching set! I had my doubts there for a while.. but now they are all done and ready to go off to their new home! I hope their new owner loves them as much as I do 💕

I’m back!! (kind of)
I had my third baby in January and I have been taking some time off from everything but I have been wanting to get back into creating so here is a rebind of Wuthering Heights. I’m so pleased with how it turned out! Hopefully I will have more binds to show soon!

🕸️ I found an old copy of Charlotte’s Web at a library book sale and decided to rebind it for my little girls. I loved this book as a kid so I decided it’s a must in my house. My favorite part is Templeton and his word “crunchy”. IYKYK 😂

🌿Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. This is the story that got me back into reading as an adult. It simultaneously enthralled and traumatized me 😅 If I could write a love letter to this story, I would. It will always be one of my all time favorites, and now she is shiny for my shelf.

Also available on my Etsy!

✨Side Quest✨ I’ve had this cute white fabric sitting in the fabric drawer for a long time and I’ve really been wanting to use it. I decided I wanted to try making my first bradel bind so I dug out this old bodice ripper that I had picked up at a book sale and decided to give her a makeover. As you can see, the pages are a touch moldy or something but she turned out pretty good. And bonus: the fabric was AMAZING to photograph!

⚔️ The Knight and the Moth ⚔️

Finally scrounged up enough energy to make something new! This rebind was a bit of an experiment because I had a couple different ideas and different color schemes I wanted to use but this is the one that came first. I also reused the original hardcover case, hence the vertical lines on the front and back covers 🥴. With reusing the original case, it was a bit of a mess getting the block to fit in it properly but it came out good. And the end paper colors don’t really match the overall scheme but they sure fit the ✨vibes✨😉

✨ Surprise side quest! ✨
I picked up stained glass again after about 15 years and here is my first piece! It’s a little rough around the edges but I love it! I made a new page for my stained glass, follow along @shardsoffiction

✨ A Court of Thorns and Roses - Courts Editions✨
All the books are done as different courts with colors and images that pertain to that court. I am totally obsessed with how they look together on my shelf 😍

These are also available on my Etsy shop! Link in bio 😉

🌊 Draco Malfoy and the Mortifying Ordeal of Being in Love by @brigitteknightley ft. the Hippocampus.

This is my contribution to the DMATMOOBIL exchange, #sleepycaitsmortifyingordeal

I loved this exchange because it was for my all time favorite fic and I sent this book to the other side of the world and received a book from the other side of the world! A year and a half ago, I never knew this kind of bookish community existed that would connect people from all over the world 🥹
(and I feel like I just said the word “world” a lot 😅)

A big thank you to @caitsbooksandbinds and @sleepycat.bindery for hosting! ❤️

🍂One Dark Window set by @rmgillig 🍂

This is my take on the Providence Cards. I am so excited about how they turned out and obsessed with the earthy colors representing the cards and the woodsy magic in the story.
I was pretty nervous pairing all the dark colors together, wondering if they would all end up too dark but because it’s all metallic foil, they look so nice and shiny ✨
