See yall in the new year. by @thefitmalgal

$Hello, my name is Maya and i created this account to connect with like minded people, spread positively, find motivation together, and ultimately hold myself accountable during this never ending fitness lifestyle. On June 11, 2022 i reached the top of Machu Picchu after a 4 day, 3 night strenuous backpacking adventure. I was in peak shape and completed it without much struggle. 14 days later, my life completely did a 180 after getting into a serious vehicle accident, which killed my incredible dog, Kally. I ended up with a fractured back which put me on bed rest for over 8 months. How could i go from a huge future ahead of me to all of my dreams crushed in an instant? It was the most difficult 8 months of my life and getting through the trauma was one of my most pivotal moments of my life so far. I share this all because i realize how much we take having a healthy body for granted. We take simple things such as walking for granted, until it gets taken away from us. This recovery journey taught me so much about appreciating the little things, and how fragile this one life we have is. All of that being said, after i was cleared from bed rest, i promised myself i will push my body to an extreme, and signed myself up for my first marathon. Since starting the marathon journey, i have discovered that the fitness world is such a special community with amazing people. I would love to be a part of it and can’t wait to continue the journey. Follow along to see where we go. You only live once, are you going to follow your dreams or do what society tells us to do? And just remember… you are never alone ❤️. - - - #fitness #hybridtraining #fitnesscommunity #community #gym #hybridathlete #lifechanging #igfitness #gymlife #workingout #fitnesspeople #fitnessgoals #followfit #fithumans #fithour #fitnesstime #fitnesspowers #fitnesseducation #fitnessofinstagram #fitnessbased #workout #fitnessfollow #gymnasium #fitnessisalifestyle #gymlife #workingout #fitnesspeople #fitnessgoals #bpn #fithumans #fitnesstime by @thefitmalgal$

5 year gym membershipaversary. 1832 days ago ago I became utterly obsessed and infatuated with the gym. 1832 days of consistency and showing up for myself every day. I wholeheartedly believe that consistency in the gym translates to every aspect of your life.

Due to personal reasons, I’m about to turn it up a few notches and can’t wait to see the body start to respond to a consistent bodybuilding routine. LGI!

This is a clean example of a flip done so well!! This is one of a few properties I’ve seen from this investor and every property is finished beautifully!

Some things change and some things don’t. Dogs are engrained in every single square foot of my life. The dog life chose me.

2 months of back to back dog life to zero has been humbling but we will be back. I miss it.
