Wine has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember 🍷 I grew up admiring the cellar my dad built in our house, always having a kiddish cup filled with something special for Friday night Shabbat dinners. As I got older, he taught my siblings & I about different types of wines — how to taste them, what to pair them with, and so on. After I graduated college, we went on the most special trip to Beaune, attended the cooks atelier where we had pairings with every lunch, and tasted our way through the vineyards of Burgundy. Those memories and experiences shaped a lot of my choices, and led me to a career where food and wine are right at the core. I’m so excited to have passed my level 1 wine exam from the @internationalwinecenter , recognized by the WSET — many more “cheers” to come!!! by @theflourchild_
