"I don't know where to start!" - I hear this a lot, but here's the good news: you don't need to know exactly what you want before enquiring about your wedding cake.

What really helps is knowing your wedding date because then I can check my diary to see if I have availability for you. If you have your venue booked let me know too.

If you don't have a date or venue confirmed but you've chosen me to commission your wedding cake that's absolutely fine too!

Your guest numbers are useful so I can design a cake that meets your needs.

A moodboard or Pinterest inspiration can help, we'll use it as a guide. Then, leave it with me as I help turn your ideas into a stunning centrepiece.

Commissions and availability are limited and I've had lots of enquiries for summer of 2027, so be sure to reserve your date in my diary today.

Ready to start? Send your date & venue.

For couples who notice the details.

Perhaps you’re already engaged and planning a wedding that feels unmistakably you, or perhaps you’re not engaged yet, but you already know that when the time comes, every detail will matter.

Your wedding cake should be more than something beautiful on the dessert table.

It should be a piece of edible artistry, thoughtfully designed around your vision, with intricate details, exquisite edible florals and a level of craftsmanship that makes your guests stop, look twice, and wonder, “How is that actually cake?”

I create bespoke wedding cakes for couples who appreciate the finer details and want something beyond the expected. From delicate botanical work to extraordinary edible florals, every element is considered, handcrafted and designed to feel completely personal to your celebration.

You’re not simply paying for 3- or 4- tiers of cake.

The price of a bespoke wedding cake reflects the ingredients, craftsmanship, time, design and service that go into creating it.

1. Number of servings
Your guest count determines how much cake you need, but it’s only the starting point.

2. Design complexity
A simple design and an intricate, highly detailed cake require very different amounts of time and skill.

3. Handcrafted decoration
Hand-piped flowers, intricate piping, sugar work and delicate finishes are all created by hand.

4. Floral detail
A few carefully placed blooms is very different from a cake covered in individually piped flowers.

5. Delivery & setup
Your cake is carefully delivered and, where required, personally set up at your venue so it looks exactly as intended.

6. The bespoke design process
Bespoke doesn’t mean choosing from a catalogue and changing the colour.

Your cake is designed around your wedding, your venue, flowers, style, colour palette and the overall feeling you want to create.

So when comparing prices, you’re not simply comparing tiers. You’re comparing ingredients, craftsmanship, time, expertise, delivery and personalisation.

That’s why I don’t price my cakes from a simple “price per tier” list.

Your cake is designed around your wedding, not just your guest count.

🏷️ Save this for when you’re planning your wedding budget.

Which flower would you like on your wedding cake? Roses or Peonies? I'd love to know! Pop your vote in the comments 👇🏻

All of these botanical-inspired flowers are meticulously handpiped in my signature, not overly sweet buttercream. No two flowers are the same just like in nature.

And if you're dreaming of your elegant, floral wedding cake, make it an edible fine art centrepiece that will be talked about long after your special day.

Getting married in 2027 or beyond? Here’s when you should start thinking about your wedding cake.

You don’t need to know your final design yet.

If you have your wedding date and venue, that’s enough to start the conversation.

From there, we can take our time developing a cake that feels beautifully considered alongside your flowers, venue and overall wedding design.

For bespoke wedding cakes, I recommend getting in touch 12–18 months before your wedding, particularly for sought-after summer dates.

Your wedding flowers can be more than beautiful, they can become the inspiration for your wedding cake.

If you’re unsure where to begin with your cake design, start with the details you’ve already chosen.

When commissioning a bespoke wedding cake, your floral arrangements, venue, tablescape and overall moodboard can provide the perfect starting point. I use these elements to create a cake that feels considered and entirely at home within your celebration, from harmonious colour palettes and botanical details to the smallest finishing touches.

The result is more than an exquisite centrepiece. It’s a wedding cake that feels like your wedding.

I specialise in hand-piped buttercream flowers, creating delicate, lifelike blooms that can echo the flowers throughout your day.

So, would you match your wedding cake to your bouquet?

For this design, I took inspiration from a beautiful floral installation by @fleurdelacouture at @sennowepark, beautifully captured by @katiejulia_ for @kandkcelebrates.

Inspired by an English country garden, I recreated the romance of the florals through hand-piped David Austin roses, delphiniums, anemones and gypsophila bringing the botanical story from the flowers into the cake itself.

🏷️ Save this for your wedding cake moodboard, or share it with a couple who are wondering where to begin.

“Mum’s favourite flowers are pansies.” And so, the idea for this special 50th birthday cake began.

From the initial sketch to the finished design, every detail was considered, with 50 individually hand-piped pansies bringing the whole cake to life. Sometimes, you don’t need lots of different flowers to make an impact. A single flower, repeated with care and intention, can be just as beautiful as a whole mixed bouquet. It’s about understanding the person behind the cake, what matters to them and turning those little details into something truly personal. Because every cake I create is designed around its own story, making it one of a kind, just like the person it celebrates.

Some places have a presence that stays with you.
A sense of history in the architecture. The quiet beauty of the details. The kind of grandeur that doesn’t need to announce itself.

Burghley House is one of those places.

I’m delighted to share that I am now a recommended wedding cake designer for Burghley House.

For me, designing a wedding cake begins long before the first handpiped buttercream flower is placed or the first delicate detail is crafted. It begins with understanding the feeling of a place, the story of a couple, and the atmosphere they want to create for their wedding day.

I’m drawn to the interplay between architecture, fine art and floristry, to the subtle textures, considered palettes and intricate craftsmanship that make something truly beautiful feel entirely at home.

A wedding cake should be more than a centrepiece. It should feel as though it belongs. As though every detail has been thoughtfully considered, every handpiped petal, stamen and leaf has a purpose, and the finished piece is a natural extension of the setting itself.

At a venue as extraordinary as Burghley House, that means creating something with its own quiet presence: timeless, artful and deeply personal.

I’m so looking forward to creating wedding cakes for couples celebrating their story in this remarkable setting.

If you’re planning a wedding at Burghley House and envision a cake inspired by your venue, your flowers and the finer details that make your day uniquely yours, I would love to hear what you’re dreaming of.

Let’s begin with your story.
