Chamomile has become is one of my staples for sleep! This weekend I got to be apart of @theconnectionstrategist and @rayogastudios Juneteenth Experience ✊🏾✨ I had a blast being unapologetically black all weekend! Good vibes, music, community, and black owned businesses! What more could you ask for.
