I’m a recovering people-pleaser and Eric’s cat, Gypsy, just taught me a masterclass on straight up audacity.

Caring about everyone’s judgement is exhausting and doesn’t get you anywhere anyway.

Do the thing. Stick your paw in the jar.
Taste what’s on the other side of audacity.
Be the Gypsy of the world 🐱

Still feeling so grateful for this experience at Burn in the Forest.

Getting to share AcroYoga, movement, trust, laughter, and connection with such an amazing group of people was truly special.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about purpose about what it means to do something that makes you feel alive and gives something meaningful to other people.

Teaching Acro is one of those things for me. It reminds me that maybe purpose doesn’t always have to be one big, defined thing. Maybe it’s simply finding the things that light you up, sharing them with others, and creating moments where people feel connected, playful, and fully present.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, trusted each other, played, laughed, flew, caught, and shared your energy with me. And a huge thank you to Burn in the Forest for creating the space for all of this to happen.

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of this community.

Here’s to more connection, more play, and more moments that remind us why we’re here. taken in Merritt, British Columbia by @theflowmage

Playing with fire feels a little different right now this video was taking beginning of the season. @ravespiracy.

With so much of our beautiful land burning, my heart is with the forests, the wildlife, the firefighters, and everyone whose home or community is being affected.

Fire can destroy, but nature also reminds us that after fire comes renewal.
From the ashes, life finds its way back. New growth. New beginnings. Transformation.

Sending love to our land and gratitude to everyone protecting it

Merry Christmas from the Okanagan Acro Monkeys 🎄

-> here’s a few of us that showed up with our ugly Christmas attire over the holidays 🤭

We enjoy lifting people up over here (physically and emotionally)

Just a reminder that having a like-minded community can be so encouraging and healthy 💞

Merry Christmas!
