This month is the three year Muralversary since @mazleyden completed this giant hand painted artwork on @thefoldcommunityfarm veg container!

We’re so lucky to have this giant celestial Sun beaming out at us all day everyday. Surrounded by all the beautiful organic veggies we grow here.

You can find Maz’s studio above the cafe, look out for her print rack in the foyer, which means she’s open! You can usually often visit her on market days too 🫶🏻

Welcome to October ✨🎃

It’s a beautiful thing to work with the land and have a front row seat to watch the seasons shift 🍂

As we head into October we start to say goodbye to our Summer veggies and hello to our Autumn produce 🍅🍆👉🥦🥔

We hope you all enjoy watching the seasons transition in our Veg Shed and of course eating all our fresh, delicious veggies at their peak 😋💚

A little round up from the farm lately. Our team have been working super hard, we couldn’t be more grateful for our volunteers! 💚

Growing delicious organic produce regeneratively and seasonally is the core of our mission at the fold. We believe communities need local food systems that are stable and better for the planet.

If you believe this too and would like to support the farm, but are too far away to buy veg or volunteer, you can become a friend of the farm from just £5 a month 🫶🏻

Unfortunately, even with our amazing volunteers, the farm does not cover its own costs to grow all this veg and we have to raise extra funds. Just £5 a month can help us buy tools, seeds, equipment and more!

The link is in our bio!

Polytunnel friends! 💚🦎 🐸 one of the best things about farming regeneratively and in harmony with nature is the abundance of life within an organic farm!

No dead zone mono crop fields around here, sprayed with chemicals and devoid of wildlife ❌❌❌

The Veg Shed is bursting with all the hard work of our Farm Team and volunteers.... check out the amazing onion harvest!

Our Veg Shed needs you.... please stop by whenever you can and pick up veg, share our posts and recommend to friends. 💚

The Fold exists to support the organic growing we do here, our cafe, venue hire and events all fund the farm so we can keep growing organic seasonal veg.

It’s tough out there for farmers right now... we appreciate all of your support!

It’s been such hard going for the team in this weather, not only is it incredibly hot to be working outside but the ground is rock hard due to very little rainfall.

They have been grafting away harvesting potatoes in these extreme conditions! 🥔💚
