We didn’t know if anyone would show up.

But they did.

The First Rep wasn’t about having the biggest crowd.

It was about proving that the idea could become real.

A group of people showed up early on a Saturday morning, ran together, pushed themselves, laughed, competed and left as something more than strangers.

This is The Forge.

And this was only our first rep.

We’re just getting started. ⚒️ taken in HEREL Play by @theforge_ng

Repeat after me: 🗣️

I am building a life I don’t need to escape from 🖤

I choose discipline over excuses, growth over comfort, and people who inspire me to become better… I show up for myself, push beyond my limits, and surround myself with a community that grows with me 💪🏽🤝🏽

I am becoming stronger, healthier, and more intentional every day…. I am creating meaningful connections and building a life I’m proud to live.

We grow together 👊🏾 We get stronger together 💪We get forged together 🔥

Discipline is showing up when there’s no applause, no motivation, and nobody to hold you accountable… Just you, your goals, and the commitment to keep going.

The real question is: WHO ARE YOU WHEN NOBODY IS WATCHING? 👀

Take control…. Get Forged 😮‍💨🫵🏾🧡🖤
