She went from playing softball in 1997 to creating a dating app built around meeting people in real life.

Meet Tiffany (@tiffany_risucci) the Emmy-winning television editor, lifelong storyteller, and self-proclaimed Type A behind @thefoundapp.

After years of watching dating apps make it easier to stay home than actually meet someone, she started thinking about a different way to connect; through the things you already love doing.

Here’s the story behind the person who decided to build it. by @thefoundapp

4 events, 4 outfits, 0 awkward first dates. I RSVP’d to all of these on @thefoundapp, saw who else was going, and matched before I even left the house. If you’re a lesbian or queer woman and tired of matching with people you never meet, this one’s for you.
