The Foundry started as a dream I couldn’t let go of.

After 20 years in this industry, I knew exactly what I wanted to build: a space where growth is encouraged, education is celebrated, and women don’t have to choose between building a career and building a life.

A salon where stylists feel supported instead of compared. Where clients feel like they’re part of something special the second they walk through the door. And where transformation goes far beyond the chair.

The road here hasn’t always been straightforward, but maybe that’s what makes this moment mean even more.

I’m building The Foundry for the women who are ready to grow, create, and become more.

And we’re just getting started. 🤎

Watching a vision turn into something real. 🤎

The Foundry Studio is officially taking shape, and every day this space looks a little more like the salon I’ve been imagining for so long.

There have been endless decisions, measurements, changes, deliveries, and plenty of “wait… what if we did this instead?” 😂 But seeing the progress makes every bit of it worth it.

I wanted to create more than just a beautiful salon. I wanted a space that feels warm, elevated, welcoming and inspiring — a place where stylists are proud to work and clients genuinely look forward to being.

We still have a ways to go, but she’s coming together. And I cannot WAIT for you to see the finished space.

Standing inside these empty walls, I can already see everything they’re going to become. 🖤

What looks like an unfinished space right now holds a dream I’ve worked toward for years.

There have been so many long days, risks, doubts, sacrifices, and moments where I wondered if I was dreaming too big. But somehow, every chapter has led me here.

Soon, these walls will be filled with beautiful hair, laughter, creativity, growth, and an incredible group of women building something of their own.

This is only the beginning of The Foundry Studio.

Here’s to building the dream—literally. 🥂✨

Good company. Great hair. Even better women. 🤎

We asked the girls to describe The Foundry in just three words.

Because who better to tell you what makes a place special than the women helping bring it to life?

Meet Breanna and Jaylinn, two of the faces behind The Foundry, and get a little glimpse into the relationships, personalities, and vision that make this space more than just a salon.

Different journeys. Shared passion. And a whole lot of heart.

This is just the beginning of getting to know the women of The Foundry.

Now we’re curious—which three words stood out to you? ✨

This beauty went 14 weeks between her appointments and by that gorgeous grow out you would never know. My goal is always to give a seem less grow out so that your appointments are convenient to your lifestyle.

For the girls watching. 🤎

The three little girls who call me Mom. And every woman who needs a reminder of what she’s capable of.

I hope my daughters grow up knowing they never have to make themselves smaller to fit into someone else’s expectations. That they can be mothers, dreamers, leaders, creators, whatever they choose.

That it’s never too late to start something new. That taking risks doesn’t mean you’re fearless. And that believing in yourself is sometimes the bravest thing you can do.

The Foundry is more than a salon to me. It’s a reminder that we don’t have to choose between the lives we’ve built and the dreams we haven’t chased yet.

So, to my daughters, and to every woman watching from the sidelines, wondering if she should take that leap:

You can. You’re allowed to. And you’re worth betting on.

Because sometimes the most powerful lessons aren’t taught.

They’re lived.

With love,
Heather 🤎

The Foundry may be new. The craft behind it isn’t.

For 20 years, Heather has been behind the chair. Learning, refining, creating, and building a career rooted in the belief that great hair is equal parts artistry, skill, and intention.

Every cut. Every color. Every transformation. Every client who trusted her along the way.

All of it led here.

20 years of craft, and we’re just getting started.

Welcome to The Foundry.

This beautiful girl brought me out of retirement. I am no longer doing weddings, but had told her when she was in high school that I would do her hair for her wedding day. She held me to it. If this isn’t an example of full circle I don’t know what is. This is why I do what I do. I get to be included in so many pivotal moments in others lives. I’m so very grateful for these life long memories and relationships that have been built over all these years of my career. Thank you @steenie_weenie_ and @priscillanegreanu for including me in this very special day it was Amazing! 🤍
I also could not have done this without my beautiful stylist by my side @blendedby.bre always thank you! 🙏🏼

There’s room for you here. 🤎

The Foundry was built to be more than a place to work. It’s a space to grow your craft, build your career, learn from one another, and be part of something that’s just getting started.

We’re building our founding team and welcoming both booth renters + commission stylists who are ready to forge what’s next with us.

Interested? Let’s talk.

It’s not finished yet, but it’s already starting to feel like The Foundry. 🤎

Come take a look around the space we’ve been dreaming about, designing, building, and slowly watching come to life.

There are still floors to finish, details to install, products to unpack, and plenty of little things left on the list, but every day, it looks a little more like the place I’ve had in my head for so long.

Soon, these chairs will be filled. The stations will be busy. Clients will be walking through these doors. Our team will be creating, learning, laughing, and growing here.

For now, I want to remember this part too.

The before. The building. The becoming.

Welcome to The Foundry. 🤎
