Quit your 9–5 to become your own boss, they said. It’ll be fun, they said. 😂

Next thing you know, you’re working 100 hours a week and wondering why the hell you started a business in the first place.

As two siblings running a social media agency, we’re ALWAYS on the go. Between traveling, creating content, managing clients, and now heading out on a five-city book tour, there’s a LOT happening behind the scenes.

Our secret? We have sooo much help haha.

But we also know that not everyone needs or can afford a dedicated full-time or part-time VA.

Sometimes you literally just need someone to help with ONE project.

That’s why we wanted to put you guys onto @outsourcedirect.io

It’s a marketplace where you can find skilled Filipino professionals, review their experience, and hire directly for the kind of support you need.

No traditional agency fees. No long-term marketplace subscription commitment. You decide who you hire and what you pay them. Just pay for access to the platform and cancel whenever you want!

Annnd of course we’ve got a discount for you guys 20% OFF eligible annual plans! 🥂

Comment “HELP” and we’ll send you the link to browse whatever skill you’re looking for and how much they’re charging!

DENVER, WE’RE KICKING THIS WHOLE THING OFF WITH YOU. 🖤

Join us for the release of Nicodemus’ debut novel, A Smog That Chokes, and the official first stop on our nationwide book tour. Denver has been our home for years, and there’s nowhere else we’d want to start.

Eight years in the making, this novel draws on Nic’s time working for the mob in China while navigating falling in love for the first time...with a Russian man who may or may not have also been deep in organized crime. Yeah. There’s a lot to unpack. Come hear him read and be one of the first people to get their hands on a book!!

This is the biggest thing Nick has ever done, and we’re throwing a f*cking party to celebrate it.

📍 Mockingbird, DENVER
🗓️ NOVEMBER 14
🚪 DOORS: 8:00pm

At 8:30 p.m., Nick will get on the mic to share a few excerpts from the book. Then the DJs take over, and we’re going all in.

Holy... this was our fourth @tales_of_the_cocktail and somehow it just keeps getting better!🍸✨

Every year we leave thinking ummmm WHAT just happened?! Hahahha there are so many incredible people, parties, seminars, and experiences that you just have to let go of the FOMO and trust that wherever you end up is where you’re meant to be!

The best part this year? We were laying the groundwork for @the_jellinator !!! Next year we’re coming back to throw some parties, partner with some incredible spirits brands, make some unforgettable jello shots... and maybe even launch a few exciting new things of our own 👀

Already counting down until next year! If you’re in the spirits world and think we should create something together at Tales 2027, let’s chat. 🍹 by @thefrancescapiazza

One of my favorite comments we get is: “You guys definitely have a trust funds.” 🤣🤣

Which is hilarious because if you know us in real life, you know we’re basically just two feral siblings with a lot of passions and approximately 47 business ideas at any given moment.

Between Saucy Worldwide, podcast clients, social media clients, The Jellinator, our own content, and whatever random idea Nic texted me at 2am, there is always something that needs to get done.

The problem wasn’t that we needed to work harderrrr.

The problem was that we were trying to do EVERYTHING.

And shockingly, we are not experts in SEO, website redirects, analytics, TikTok Shop backend settings, or whatever fresh hell Meta decides to invent every week.

So we finally did the thing everyone tells you to do and hired help. That we could actually afford!!!

We got connected with CJ through @nexuspoint.io and he’s become SUCH a huge part of our business.

While we’re out creating content, talking to clients, growing brands, and being professional yapppers, he’s helping us tackle the stuff that was constantly getting pushed to the bottom of the list.

The biggest thing we’ve learned?

Sometimes the fastest way to grow isn’t doing more.
It’s getting the right people around you.

If you’ve ever looked at your to-do list and thought, “I physically cannot add one more thing to my plate,” we should probably chat!!!

Comment DELEGATE and we’ll send you a link to book an exploratory call with Nexus Point OR shoot us a DM and we’ll tell you allllll about it. Like we could talk about VAs for hours!

“What we need now more than ever is for more amazing good people to get crazy rich so that we can turn this mfer around” @jensincero (I butchered that, but You Are A Badass helped change my life and I remember reading that last week and couldn’t agree more!!) 😘😘 by @thefrancescapiazza
