The face behind the scenes

Sparked from a love of organisation and a passion to help others

And what’s better than helping people take control of not only their work, but the freedom they have outside of it too

Now it’s a space where I share that… in tools, support and structure to help you get the absolute most out of your time and energy (your most valuable assets)

There’s no need to over complicate it, if you have the systems in place to make work feel like ease

Your business should not feel this hard to manage

If you’re spending more time on admin, onboarding and backend tasks than you are on actually growing, something needs to change.

The Freedom Framework gives you a variety of ways to fix that, depending on where you’re at right now.

Whether you want to do it yourself with the right guidance, work through it with us directly, or just hand it over completely and have it done for you… there’s a level for you.

Because the goal is the same for all of it.

Less time stuck in the back end. More time on the work that actually makes you money.

It’s time to clear the clutter, in your business, your mind and your life by @thefreedomframework.co

Some of ya’ll would rather stay up till 11pm replying to the same DM for the 40th time than sort out proper systems

Then wonder the next day why you’re so tired

Doing it all manually IS the expensive option

A one off setup that does the work for you is the cheapest thing you’ll ever do

You deserve a business that doesn’t need you 24/7

DM FREEDOM and I’ll show you how xx by @thefreedomframework.co

4 days in a room full of people who’s vocabulary doesn’t include the word ‘average’

This week completely rewired how I think about business, content, clients, relationships and what I’m actually even building towards

I’ve walked away with an incredible conviction for myself and my work ethic

Ngl to you, maybe prior to this trip that conviction inside me didn’t exist

But try spending an hour with any one of these people and you can’t help but feel a years worth of motivation, drive and power from one singular conversation

I’m taking home back to Bali with me the refusal to settle for mediocrity or a business that doesn’t genuinely excite me

Raise the mf standard

If something in this post made you uncomfortable, good. I hope you actually sit with it

I sat with it for the last 96 hours, and it’s the best opportunity I’ve ever been given

Never stop chasing knowledge and growth

Huge shoutout to @jasonarmanous for opening every door for me, and to @takimoore for making this a possibility for us all by @thefreedomframework.co

We are soooo keen to be kicking off with Ella and Project Longevity next week

The baddest coach with a huge vision and exceptional potential

Which we’ll be turning into an entire ecosystem full of systems that run themselves

Admin first, then content, then community, AI and growth

I’ll be sharing the journey along the way, so follow along if you want a peek BTS

There’s nothing worse than spending your expertise and knowledge in things that aren’t helping anyone or bringing in dosh into your business

Trust me I get it, it feels like a big fat waste of time

Time that could be spent watching your newie balance climb

Instead you’re sitting in sheets or your coaching app figuring out what week your clients are in and who needs to be offered a resign

Or chasing up overdue check ins, payment failures and following up with that lead from last week that promised they would “get their shit together”

Your time is your biggest asset, but it can also be your biggest struggle

So I built something to fix it and take away the mental load you’re carrying

You don’t have to hire a full time employee, but you also don’t have to do this alone

So if you’re a coach who’s exceptional at building physiques but dread the idea of an admin day…

You’re exactly who I’m here for by @thefreedomframework.co

Free systems audit made for coaches in the bio btw x by @thefreedomframework.co

My girl Leish and I teamed up to help her prepare her business in advance of starting a family

Now her little girl is due in March, and it’s music to my ears to know she’s cool calm and collected business wise

Now she can sit back and focus on this new chapter of her life

And I couldn’t be happier for her 🌸💓 @coachedbyleish by @thefreedomframework.co

Waiting to set your biz up properly is like waiting to start training in the gym until you have the perfect physique

The perfect moment will never arrive, it’s up to you to start outside of the comfort zone
