19 years, can’t believe it. Lexie recently asked what I thought about being together for 20 years and married for 19… I told her it’s been the worst 20 years of my life… I was obviously just being funny but in some ways that’s true… you pick the person you are going to do the hard stuff with. Some we cause ourselves, some we are there for others, some we are just a bystander to the hardships. I followed by saying it’s also been the best 19 years of my life! It truly has been the best! Real work and real teamwork even when it’s often one sided because we are naturally selfish is worth it. We aren’t perfect but man it’s been some really great years together and we continue to try to learn how to serve each other every day! @lexiefreshman is the real deal and I look forward to the next season where she gets to be a full time mom again and assist in caring for her family as well! Happy Anniversary!! taken in Salted EDGE by @thefresh

The Glue that keeps us together! We wouldn’t be who we are as a family without Lexie… she is one of a kind and a truly great mother! This song really spells it out. She thinks mostly about us and not about herself and she gives everything for the #freshgaggle. I love you babe! Lost of great memories in these pics plus a few of how I see her… by @thefresh

I turn 40 this year and have been pushing the fitness a bit harder again recently. Today I hit a lifetime PR of 415# on back squat. Not every day is a PR day but every day needs to be a show up day… doesn’t have to be the gym but show up for something! Always start with Jesus! Shoutout to @airwaav @try_create_ @havenathletic @froprosnacks @ascent_protein @xtend @roguefitness for being some of the tools along the journey! It’s always good to be at @nervehealthfitness in a community that pushes you! Many of the supplements I have been trying and taking came as recommendations from my good friend @dmausjr he is very smart, compelling and dropped what he was doing career wise to launch a new path and help others discover the paths and tools that would work for you! Check him out… he is currently getting COLD a lot! It’s a good day!

#murph …A little bit of struggle to remember all who have gone before us to provide a life and freedom in this country! Thankful!

Thanks for lending me the vest @kyledoerr

Today was my first time with a vest! 🤙🏻 pretty gnarly.

When coach says show up ready on Halloween, you get the Cow Costume out… I believe this is how muscle milk is made… Weight Belt was rubbing the utters a bit though. 315# x 8
