you don’t know where to start with things like this because you never really prepare for them until they actually happen, and in this situation i just would’ve thought this would come a lot later especially with this soldier that god has taken back with him to watch over the peoples lives that he’s touched. it’s almost like kobe bryant dying but 10x worse. a high character being that you don’t think their time even has a expiration here on this world because of all the good you brought. you’ve vouched for me as early as when you were coaching for georgia and at the time you were the only one on staff who wanted to offer. Then once i hit the portal i get a call from a random number not knowing it was you and even though i didn’t bat an eye at kennesaw state the first time you still put ego and pride aside and still wanted me to play for you. you seen everything in me that i didn’t see in myself and brought that hunger and dawg outta me. Them days at dacula when you came and watched me practice and said that one day you shootin all these pull up jumpers in that hot ass gym is gonna make me a ticket one day and now i forever gotta mission on my mind now for you chief. Your family and loved ones are forever going to remember your legacy and everything you’ve ever done and i think that’s the biggest thing you wanted to leave this earth with. It’s leaving a part of yourself here so when you’re gone people can still enjoy and love what you did for not only the game but the men you’ve created and nurtured throughout your years of coaching. I’m forever gonna have a hole in my heart but now that hole is gonna be filled with even more grind, sacrifice, brotherly love, and dedication. All the things you had and stood on every single damn day chief. The mission isn’t complete until i achieve what you thought i was not only as a player but more importantly a man in this world. 💚🙏🏽 by @thefrquincy
