The summer solstice is about new beginnings, igniting an inner flame within us, enjoying the longer days, the sun and warmth and all that it provides us.

Please join me to honour the changing of the season from spring to summer.
When: Wednesday 21 June
Time: 6pm - whenever
Where: Grüneburg Park by the Georgiokirche
What to bring: yourself, a blanket to sit on, food to share and a bottle of your choice.

We will gather and give thanks for the new season, do a short meditation and share each others company.
Please bring tarot, crystals, notebooks if you like.
Anyone is welcome and this is a free event.

It’s been awhile! I have not falling off the face of the earth!
I was away in Berlin for a Career Flower Course, so I stepped away for a bit as I have made some major changes in my life. Ones that needed to be made. I am now back in Frankfurt building my Floral Art business here: @kellyekardt and also organising small spiritual get togethers.

I am Hosting a Spring Equinox evening at my house to bring in the new spring season, which I am sure we are all excited about!!!! This winter has been long.

There will be a cacao ceremony and nibbles by Valentina from @enamorkitchen
It cost €30 as we need to cover all the costs. This is not a full on meal but nice snacks.
Starts at 7pm. Doors open at 6:30pm

Last Saturday evening was a beautiful night. 22 of us women celebrated the upcoming changing of the season. I talked about the importance of wintering and how we should all take the time to reflect over the last year. Reflection allows us to see how we really have come.
We set intentions with a cacao ceremony lead by Valentina from @enamorkitchen
The atmosphere was intoxicating, the night flowed with ease and most importantly we spent the evening surrounded by powerful powerful women.
I must say I am so so proud of what I organised. I can’t wait for the next one come Spring!!!!

The Winter Solstice will soon be among us and what a better way to bring in the winter months then with a big celebration. The Winter Solstice is all about honouring the winter months and acknowledging the importance of wintering, allowing yourself to hibernate so you can be rested for when spring comes.

Wintering is the ritual of slowing down, staying in with a cup of coco, a blanket and a good book. It’s ok to take a step back and relax. This allows us to take a good look at our year and reflect on our accomplishments and manifest what we would like to see happen in the New Year. Without rest and rejuvenation we cannot grow.

Together on Saturday,the 10th December, 2022 we will bring in the winter months with gratitude, reflection and of course fun!

We will dine together, drink together, laugh together and dance together.

There will be a discussion about the importance of wintering and an oracle card pulled for all of us to meditate on.

We will also take part in a cacao ceremony for desert.
