Join us on Friday October 2nd for the opening night for our next show "Soft Protest: Raising Our Voices Through Cloth."

For generations, “stitchers” have used textiles to create banners, tapestries, wall hangings, and quilts to protest injustice. This exhibit features quilts by Central Coast artists whose works expose injustice and imagine a hopeful future.

Join us from 5-8pm at GPDC (1060 Palm St in SLO) to enjoy some truly beautiful quiltwork and refreshments, meet the artists and be in community with us. 🪡 by @thegalacenter
