Documented by Pam, an invaluable member of The Gem Network 💎

A little glimpse of Field Day through her POV — the laughs, the real interactions, the unexpected connections, and the moments that happen when we’re actually present with one another.

In a world increasingly consumed by screens, virtual spaces, and digital connection, there’s something powerful about putting the phones down, getting outside, moving our bodies, and simply being around other people.

Field Day was a reminder that movement can bring people together — and that sometimes the best connections happen when you’re not trying to make one.

Thank you, Pam, for capturing it @og.pam_ 📸

This is The Gem Network.

Last year, The Gem Network X @endofsummerexp came together to create something bigger than just a day of games — and THIS SUNDAY, we’re doing it all over again!

We’re so excited for our 2nd Annual Endless Summer Field Day, and this year’s THEME is COMPETITION 👀‼️Get ready to bring your A-game, rep your team, and see who takes home the win!

One of The Gem Network’s core pillars is giving back and serving the communities we live in. We believe that while we resource-share and pour into one another, we also have a responsibility to help our communities grow and shine✨

Last year, we donated all of the field day materials to a local elementary school, Foster Laurie P.S. 397, so the students could continue enjoying them long after our event ❤️

We’re doing the same this year — a portion of what you’re contributing through your ticket goes right back into our community through the purchase and donation of field day materials to a local school 💎

So when you show up, compete, and have a good time with us, you’re also helping us give back. 🫶🏽

🎟️ LINK IN BIO for anyone who hasn’t grabbed their ticket yet! Please purchase your ticket soon so we can get an accurate team count heading into the games.

⏰ We start PROMPTLY at 1 PM as we kick things off and select captains.

Can’t wait to see everyone this Sunday! ☀️🏆
Come ready to compete. Come ready to connect. Come ready to give back.

Something special is happening here 💎✨

Our Spring Happy Hour was our biggest turnout yet — but what made the night unforgettable wasn’t just the numbers. It was the genuine connections, real conversations, and intentional energy felt throughout the room.

So many new faces, meaningful moments, and a space where people could simply show up as themselves and connect authentically.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the night what it was. We’re just getting started — lots of summer events are on the way, so stay tuned 👀☀️ #thegemnetwork #buildingcommunity #youngprofessionalsnyc #nycevents #networth by @thegemnetwork
