I never explained this situation with many. But going through that experience was so rough mentally. I given up on myself in the worst way possible. I felt trapped with zero help so I decided to quit, I didn’t have a single person I thought could guide me in the way I needed so I quit. That decision ultimately bought me here to Boise which I’m extremely grateful for. I say this to say, never give up on any of your dreams. Make a plan and make sure it’s organized. Things might not always go your way but learn to pivot in different directions based upon the results you receive. Don’t quit just take a few steps back and reevaluate the big picture. Might need to take some detours along the route but don’t quit on yourself. by @thegemstateofmind

The guidance is at an all time low. We got girls in HS calling boys broke because they can’t buy em whatever they want. Wanting body enhancements at a young age, can’t wait to start an OF at 18, shit is sad. Social media got people thinking just because you have a nice body or some money that’s all that you need. Young men out here being told you need to pay bills in order for girls to like you. Young men still involved in the streets when theirs a whole world for them to go get some real money. We need better guidance especially from those who consider themselves a celebrity, influencer, etc. by @thegemstateofmind

We have to hold ourselves accountable for our actions. No body is perfect, mistakes are suppose to happen so we can learn from them and how to navigate to avoid making them again. by @thegemstateofmind
