Chacun avance à son rythme. Corrige sans rabaisser, accompagne sans décourager. Tout le monde n’a pas besoin de pression. Certains ont surtout besoin de temps pour grandir.

Never underestimate someone just because they take longer to learn or grow. 🌱

Everyone has their own journey, their own struggles, and their own pace.

Some people shine early. Others need more time to discover their potential. But taking longer doesn’t mean you’re incapable, and being quiet doesn’t mean you’re weak.

Whether in boxing or in life, never judge someone’s future by where they are today.

Give people time to grow. Their potential might surprise you. 🥊❤️

Training is about more than building muscle. 💪🏾 It’s about building discipline, strengthening your mind, and becoming a stronger version of yourself every day. Your body grows, but your mindset grows too. 🧠🔥

I asked them if they were afraid. They said, “No, no, no!” 😂

Then I told them that once they started, they couldn’t give up. Their answer? “We won’t give up!” Now that’s power!!! 🥊💪🏾

Age is just a number. At 72, he’s showing up, putting in the effort, and giving it his all. And the whole gym is there to support him! 👏🏾🥊

Take care of your body, stay active, and never take your health for granted.

Health is wealth. ❤️💪🏾
