Hi lovelies! I thought I would do another get to know me post that is a bit more personal so that you can get a better glimpse of me and I've seen this trend around and thought I'd try it🥰 for the book slide I used books I haven't previously mentioned but that were all 5 star reads for me ⭐🩷

I also want to give a disclaimer for the 5 things I won't do slide. By no means do I judge people who read spice or dark romance or Stephen king! I've tried to read Stephen king as you can see and his writing just was not for me. I will never ever judge anyone for their bookish tastes nor how they consume books 🫶

Hi lovelies!

I would be lying if I'd say I wasn't absolutely nervous about this post. This is very personal and close to my heart but I also think OCD awareness or any mental health awareness in general is one of the most important things. Whenever I see posts explaining their mental disorder it makes me feel seen and heard so I thought I'd give back to my own community.

There are a lot of hurtful misconceptions about OCD and I wanted to shed some light on how my OCD affects me and hopefully allow a small glimpse into this disorder. And this is truly a teen tiny glimpse into it, this is not even a tenth of all the compulsions and intrusive thoughts I go through every day. OCD is debilitating and at times pure torture.

I don't even know how to end this caption to be honest. I just hope everyone will be kind and that people share some love to people who suffer from mental health disorders, chronic illnesses etc.. Some people fight quiet or seeable battles and it's important to recognise that and share kindness.

Hi lovelies

I got tagged by @books.are.neat and I just had to immediately join in! This is such a fun idea 😊 I also realised that I am helping my sister move today so I won't be able to post the review of horrorstor quite yet but I will tomorrow 🥰

It was weird seeing all these sweets I never even heard of to be honest 😂 I also struggled finding a book for the prompt great twists as I am quite good at predicting things and twists don't really stay in my memory, so I just went with the most recent book that had a twist I did not see coming 🫶

Hi lovelies!

I thought I would show all of my horror books that have sprayed edges. Most of them are by @evernightbooks, and I adore their horror editions. But I've also gotten some in Waterstones or Thalia 🩷

Some of those books I have absolutely loved, most I do like a lot and some were misses for me sadly. However I would never change getting these special editions 🥰

If you are interested in seeing my fantasy and sci-fi special editions let me know! It always brings me joy buying/receiving new books and I am so grateful for my friends and family for giving me this joy 🫶

Hi lovelies!

I felt like going down memory lane and see what my five read stars were since getting back into reading after a burn out caused by mental health and school. I think you can tell in 2024 I was experimenting far more with genres and books whilst in 2025/2026 I started to develop my new taste in books 🥰

I've always been a lover of fantasy ever since I was a toddler (my parents read to me) but horror is a genre that I've only recently discovered for myself. Before horror I enjoyed thrillers in my teens but it wasn't hitting me as much anymore and horror has truly won my heart 🩷

It is also interesting and a bit weird to see all of these books that I have loved for different reasons, i.e. being able to relate, loving the writing or loving it for their political relevance and message. Reading is truly such a beautiful and meaningful hobby that I hope to never lose again in my life 🫶
