Today we celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day in the US and Thanksgiving here in Canada 🍁

Taking a moment to honor the traditional stewards of the land and hold gratitude for the gifts from nature and harvest 🙏🏼

We celebrated with food, family, and of course pie! Pumpkin and apple pies from @nora_cooks_vegan_ and coconut oil crust from @minimalistbaker 🥧

Mediterranean food has quickly become one of my favorite cuisines this year 🧆 🥙

And how lucky are we to have two fully plant-based Mediterranean restaurants in Vancouver? Recently visited @ilovechickpea & @alepheatery where we got free appetizers from both using the @thisisplantcurious coupon book! 🥳
