Visiting Kristin in Dana Point and was able to go to her first glass fusing class and first kiln firing ! by @theglassspectrum

Free fusing event this Saturday!! Getting a kiln is a huge achievement and we’d love to celebrate with you!

I’d also like to thank all the folks that made getting a kiln possible, @underwat3r_a1i3n Allie you’re the best Roomate, thanks for almost breaking your back and lowkey lifting 300+lbs by yourself, you did what 2 men struggled to do. you’re insane and I appreciate you so so so so so much!!!

Throwback to last year when @stainedglassgarden @bluemoonglassworks @stainedglassstuff thanks for stoped by and celebrated my birthday with me even though I was a stranger 😭❤️ I wouldn’t have joined RAGS (an amazing group) and fast forward to —wouldn’t have won a kiln!!! RAGS is an amazing group and I’m so honored to be a part of them.
To Rags, Words cannot describe how supported I feel, <3 blessed with the best email chain. Thank you for being the most supportive industry to be in, I truly feel like I’ve hit the jackboot every day. Thank you @jimthekilnguy for donating a kiln!!! 🤯

Thank you to my wholesalers, Jamie, mark, and Louis— you guys are the best and i appreciate the ice cream! Thanks for keeping me fed 😉

@ifyouseakay Kay, idk anyone else who would lay in 50+years of dust and paint corners no spider will see. I’m so happy you called me in the middle of the ocean and made a decision. (And decisions for me 😉)

This event is in collaboration with @oceansideglass, thank you so much for sponsoring this class!

Lastest and biggest shoutout is to all of you! Greg and I wouldn’t be here without you!

Last pic me and my kiln and everyone who has helped me along the way 😉 (you!) 😜 by @theglassspectrum

Stained glass started speaking to me when I saw the cathedrals in Spain. The colored light all over the inside seems to be the life of inspiration you feel when you step foot inside those places.

When I came home, I immediately took a class @theglassspectrum to learn stained glass. As I worked on this piece my painting process merged into new mediums and vice versa. Light and color lead me through this piece, captured in glass, where normally I capture them with movement of a brush.

Thanks for teaching me @theglassspectrum looking forward to more!
