The Value of Community Service Positive change does not always begin with large actions. Sometimes, it starts with one person choosing to give their time, knowledge, and skills to support others. Community service helps us understand the needs around us, develop valuable skills, build meaningful connections, and contribute to creating stronger communities. Whether through volunteering, advocacy, education, or simply supporting someone in need, every effort counts. Swipe through to learn why community service matters and how you can be part of creating positive change. What is one community issue you would love to contribute to solving? #communityservices #youthdevelopment #volunteerism #communityimpact #youthleadership by @theglobalbayo

Consent & Healthy Relationships Basics Healthy relationships thrive on respect, trust, communication, and consent. Understanding what consent means and challenging common myths can help young people build safer and healthier relationships. Remember: respect, communication, and clear boundaries are important in every relationship. Let's continue creating a culture of respect and understanding. #srheducation #healthyrelationship #consentmatters #youthdevelopmentprogram by @theglobalbayo

Today, we don't just mark a date on the calendar, we celebrate strength. We celebrate courage. We celebrate every woman who has shown up fully, even in her most vulnerable moments. Women who bled and still met deadlines. Who cramped and still cooked for their families. Who battled their bodies and still carried their teams, their businesses, their homes. Women whose periods never stopped them from being everything to everyone, even when they had nothing left to give themselves. And beyond the strength , we celebrate the quiet miracle of it all. Every month, a woman's body prepares to bring life into the world. That is not weakness. That is power in its purest form. Today is for her. For you. For every girl who learned to be strong because she had no other choice. Happy World Menstrual Hygiene Day 🥰 Let's build a #PeriodFriendlyWorld — where no woman has to be strong alone. 🩸 What's one thing you wish the world understood about periods? Understanding Menstrual Health Without Shame Menstruation is a natural part of women’s life, but overtime many young people experience shame, silence, and misinformation surrounding it. At TCIF, we believe menstrual health conversations should be approached with openness, dignity, and accurate education, not stigma or embarrassment. Creating safe spaces to talk about menstrual health helps young people feel informed, confident, and supported. When we replace shame with understanding, we build healthier communities and empower the next generation. Let’s continue to educate, support, and break the silence together. #menstrualhealthmatters #breakthesilence #tcif #youthawareness #healtheducation by @theglobalbayo
