Wonderfully Made🥹

It has been a week and a few days since our Funfair, and our hearts are still full of gratitude. ❤️

We are grateful to God for the testimonies, the lives that were touched, the beautiful memories created, and the joy we shared together. We are thankful for everyone who believed in this vision, supported it, prayed with us, volunteered, donated, and contributed in one way or another.

As we continue to watch the videos and reflect on the event, we are reminded that this was truly God’s doing. We see the smiles, the laughter, and the impact made in the lives of the children, and we know that many of those moments will remain with them for a long time.

Thank you for your love, support, and care throughout this journey. Your kindness and generosity helped make this vision a reality, and we do not take it for granted.

May God richly bless you, reward your sacrifices, and increase you on every side.

As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.

Life is short and fragile, and we are intentional about making every moment count.

That is why we at Purple Haven Initiative are shining our light once again by hosting the second edition of our Children’s Funfair 2.0, themed ‘Wonderfully Made.’

We are already excited because this year is going to be even more impactful than the last. If you joined us before, then you already know… this one will be bigger, better, and filled with even more love and joy.

This special outreach will be held on the 26th of May 2026 at Otana Integrated School, Jos, where we will be celebrating and creating beautiful memories with amazing children.

And trust me… I don’t know about you, but we are excited! I personally cannot wait to be on the bouncy castle yes, you’ll definitely see me there!

We are inviting you to be a part of this to give, to serve, and to help us bless these incredible children.

Together, we can create moments they will never forget.

And with great joy, we declare this campaign officially open, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

I OFFICIALLY BAGGED A DEGREE!!! 🎓

Ahhhhhhhhhhh… this journey was not beans 😭
At some point, I was tired. It felt so long and stretched… like, when are we even graduating??

Imagine starting in 2019 and graduating in 2025… our ID cards expired since 2023 but God did it!

And todayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!
I didn’t just celebrate sign-out I collected my testimonial.
A proud Second Class Upper graduate 😎
Only me knows the shege I saw, but I’m so proud of myself.

On to the next… Masters, here we come!

And guess what? Today makes it exactly 2 months to Children’s Day! 💃🏾

You already know how we do it with our amazing children at Otana School
Children’s Funfair 2.0 is coming on May 26th!

We’ve officially started receiving sponsorships ahead of our launch, and I’d love for you to be part of this.

Here’s a testimony that moved me deeply:
After our event last year, the school population grew from 150 children to over 300+
God truly moved.

Guys, I’m so excited! 🥹🥹🥹🥹

First of all… I got to listen to @greatmantakit new songs before they were released. What a privilege! And they were so good. But the biggest surprise……. They surprised us today by bringing my faveeeeee @anendlessocean! 💜

And there’s another reason I’m excited…

This is my 200th post! 🥹💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾🎉

I went from wondering every single day, “What can I post? What can I post?” to actually posting from 1… all the way to 200.

There were times I stalled. I even deleted some of my old throwback posts, and now I’m looking for them because I actually want to laugh at my skinny legs from way back. 😂

If you’re someone who keeps asking, “What can I post?” let this be your sign.

Just post the first one.

Don’t worry about getting it perfect. Start.

Because before you know it, you’ll look back and realize you’ve built consistency one post at a time. It almost becomes second nature.

Welcome to my Jollof Fest experience Part 1! 💚

Yesterday, Knorr called and we answered! What a time we had!

From Thanksgiving service straight to Jollof Fest, it was everything I didn’t know I needed. It was the perfect break from the stress of studying, and I don’t regret showing up one bit.

A huge shout-out to my girls for showing up with the biggest energy. You all made the experience even more special. Love you so much! 💚

Wow, guess what, guys? It has been one month since our funfair, and I’m honestly so excited! 🥹

I just watched the clips, and I couldn’t help but reminisce on God’s goodness and faithfulness. Looking back at everything He helped us accomplish fills my heart with so much gratitude.

I’m incredibly grateful to all our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and everyone who contributed in one way or another. I pray that the Lord will bless you richly and reward your kindness in the name of Jesus. 🙏🏾

Today is World Sickle Cell Day 🎗️🩸

This is more than an awareness for me, this is really Personal. Behind every sickle cell warrior is a story people never fully see. “And this is mine”.
For someone who has lived with sickle cell disease, I know how It feels to grow up with hospital visits, the excruciating pain, the fear , sleepless nights and a lot more
People call us WARRIORS because they’ve seen us survive but what they don’t always see are the silent battles, the tears, the medications and the courage it takes to keep choosing life.

To every warrior watching thisssss…..
I see you, I know it gets hard, I know sometimes you feel tired of fighting but please keep going 🫂❤️

World sickle cell day is more than awareness. It is about understanding, compassion, supporting warriors who are fighting silently every single day💡❤️

Hello, my darling firstborn and first daughter 💜

As I write to you, I write to myself too.

It has been one week since we had our firstborn meeting, and what an atmosphere that was. What an amazing time we had! I truly hope you’re able to join us for the next meeting.

As I reflect on all the beautiful things we heard last week, I realize that some messages are not just for others, they are also for us.

There are certain things that have happened from childhood till now that sometimes make you ask, “Why me? Why did I have to go through this?” There are so many questions that come up.

But I want to remind you that you can turn your pain into purpose.

Don’t allow yourself to remain stuck in the situation or circumstance. Take the lessons, take the experiences, and turn them into something meaningful. Your story, your struggles, and your experiences can become a guide for someone coming behind you.

There are many firstborns who came before us, and many who will come after us. Your experiences can become a light for those who are still navigating their own difficult seasons.

I want you to know that you were born for such a time as this.

Just like Esther was placed in the king’s palace for a purpose, you are also positioned where you are for a reason. You may wonder, “Why am I the first born? Why couldn’t I have been the second child?” But God knew what He placed inside of you. He knew you could carry the responsibilities and pressures that came with being the first.

There are times you may feel like the sacrificial lamb. Maybe you had to make sacrifices because things weren’t always easy. Maybe your younger ones had opportunities you didn’t have. Maybe there were things you needed but couldn’t get because you had to understand and adjust. You are not alone.

Don’t carry a saviour mentality like you have to figure everything out by yourself. You don’t have to have it all together every single day. There are days when you need help, and asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It doesn’t make you less capable. It simply means you recognize there is a need, and you’re willing to receive support.

What a fun and amazing weekend it was! 🥹❤️

I got to tell my team members just how much they mean to me, and of course, we had the best time together.

I’m looking forward to doing even bigger and better things together. Thank you so much for making Wonderfully Made a success. I truly could not have done it alone. With your support, dedication, and love, we did it together.

I hope everyone has recovered because yesterday we were all so sleepy if you know, you know😂 but I believe we’re much better now.
