Allow me to reintroduce myself to my new followers. Over the past 2 month, I have had over 1k new followers. Thank you for trusting me enough to allow me to -maybe- influence your thoughts and choices…for good.

I would like to think that I am multifaceted. I have a background in pharmacy and now advanced research, but that is not all. I am Christian fully saved and delivered. I like psychology and finding ways to hack living a better life. I can be lazy and want to watch a good Kdrama or -nowadays- Downtown Abbey for days , but alas life is too serious to do that without serious consequences.

So when you come to this page, you will see my thought through
-yap videos
-random mishaps I encounter
-Gym content because I want to be strong till I become unalive
-And some in-betweens ☺️

So welcome to the Glopharma’s page run by the one and only Yvonne Theglobalpharm. Fun fact, my mum gave me this name 3 years before I ever left Nigeria 🇳🇬

By the way, my friend @olayinka.akeredolu is a great Canva tutor and taking her CanvaUpgrade masterclass has been phenomenal. Give her a follow and maybe join the next cohort. @olayinka.akeredolu shebi there would be another cohort soon…fingers crossed🥹 taken in Pavia, Italy by @theglobalpharm

Ise!!!🇳🇬 her mothers daughter ✨
Winning the Diplomacy Award for promoting equity and the integration of Non-Communicable Diseases was the sweetest way to close out Global Model WHO. 💛🌍

From practicing health to stepping into advocacy and diplomacy… this journey has been beautifully non-linear, and I’m grateful for every chapter.

And even as my home country walks through dark, rough, and heartbreaking times, I hold onto hope. We rise, we rebuild, and we keep showing up for our people, for our communities, for the future we believe in. 🇳🇬✨ taken in World Health Organisation by @theglobalpharm

Let me be vulnerable for a minute and tell you what my God, Jesus Christ, son of the living God has done for me.

This is my Dress Like your Miracle Hallelujah Challenge Testimony.

I’m a product of Gods grace and all I have and anything I may have done (little as it is), is by Gods grace.

Apps you need before you relocate to Italy.
Moving to a new country is already difficult enough. You’re handling so many things already so here are apps@that can help@you navigate day to day life.

Of course, the list is not exhaustive.

However these are the starting apps that helped me in the first few days after landing in Italy from Nigeria.

As promised in the video, the app you’re gonna want to download is Google Translate.

It’s free, easy to use and connects with the rest of the Google ecosystem. My preference.

Apps mentioned.
1. @revolut
2. @wiseaccount
3. @duolingo
4. @googlemaps
5. Apple Maps
6. Pin mouth chargers, mine is from @ugreen_official

Until next time…I’m rooting for us ✨ taken in Pavia, Italy by @theglobalpharm
