Sista Sunday is a Community Initiative curated by @thegoddessconnect in collaboration with @orilotusyoga and special guests. This space creates an opportunity to: 1. Connect. Connect on a deeper level with yourself and other like-minded women in the community. 2. Reflect. Mindfulness practices include journal prompts and guided meditation, we take time to reflect, express and release. 3. Heal. A divine community of high vibrational women, breathwork, movement, intentional discussions, journaling, nature and self-love will help you regulate your nervous system and help you begin to heal from the inside out. During our next Sista Sunday Circle, we will move, reflect and rest with yoga, journaling, and a soundbath by @toukthehealer under a beautiful sunset in San Marco. 🧑 πŸ”— In Bio πŸŒ„πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ ***If you are a business owner, DM to donate to our cause & receive a tax write off.
