I’ve added these two into my Chest/Push days: Swiss Ball Dumbbell Press + Sandbag Floor Press.For the Swiss ball dumbbell press, I set my upper back on the ball, feet planted, hips high, core tight, and press the dumbbells with control. The ball forces everything to work — chest, shoulders, triceps, core, glutes, and legs.The benefit: better stability, stronger control, improved posture, deeper chest stretch, and more full-body tension.Next is the sandbag floor press exercise. I lay flat on the ground, usually on a yoga mat, with both hands open underneath the bag for stability. Controlled descent. Explode up. No perfect bar path. No easy grip. Just an awkward weight 😁You get a few benefits from this. First, it’s easier on your shoulders. You also build stronger triceps and your core gets a workout. Plus, you develop real strength from handling weights that can move around. This kind of strength is useful in everyday life.Add it to your Chest/Push Day workout.-Get through it. by @thegoodbadguytamatonga

Kettlebell core flow todayWorking on a combination of things all at the same time - control, rotation, and mid-body torque power, all coming together in one movement. Doing circles helps me keep my core strong, relax my shoulders, and really be in control of my movements instead of just going through the motions. When I do rotational swings, I’m using the power from my hips and torso to generate explosive force - this is the same kind of power that I need when I am in the ring. And figure 8s is a little tougher exercise but great for muscle tranferring. Everything has to work together while the weight shifts from side to side. - Get Through It. by @thegoodbadguytamatonga
