Transformation of Hope. One for the history books. What was once known as one of the biggest drug cafΓ©s.β€œCali Cafe” in East London on Hessel Street, Shadwell has been transformed into a leading community hub for martial arts @thegrapplehub. Our mission is simple: to give back to the community and create a positive space where young people can grow, train, and thrive. We believe that hard work and dedication open doors. Through consistency and commitment, we’re striving to make the world a better place starting right here at our hub and reaching far beyond. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our incredible coaches, dedicated students, supportive parents, generous sponsors, and all our well-wishers. Your belief and continued support make everything we do possible, @coach.h Get involved. Join the MOVEMENT πŸ”₯ πŸ“© Info@thegrapplehub.com by @thegrapplehub

It gives us great pleasure to promote Dawud to Yellow/White Belt. Dawud has been progressing exceptionally well, both on and off the mats. His dedication, attitude, and commitment to learning have been outstanding, and his competition results speak for themselves. Last Thursday, Dawud sadly lost his grandmother. Despite this difficult loss, he showed incredible strength of character by competing at @novagrappling,where he won double gold with all subs. His resilience, determination, and composure in the face of adversity were truly inspiring. We felt it was only right to recognise not only his technical progress but also the character he has displayed throughout his journey. We are incredibly proud of you, Dawud. Congratulations on your well-deserved Yellow/White Belt. This is another step on your journey, and we look forward to seeing all that you achieve in the future. Keep working hard, As always #WEDON'TGIVEUP by @thegrapplehub

The Grapple Hub – 6th Anniversary & Grading Celebration Congratulations to all our students who were awarded belts and stripes today! Today was a celebration of your hard work, dedication, and progression on the mats. It marked not only an important achievement for each individual but also an opportunity to look back at how far we have come together as a community over the last six years. Double the celebration as we proudly marked The Grapple Hub's 6th Anniversary alongside our grading event. From our humble beginnings to the thriving community we are today, this journey has been made possible by the commitment, support, and passion of our students, coaches, families, and supporters. Thank you to everyone who has been part of our story so far. We look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and achieve together for many years to come.
