It's been 3 years since surviving the Oregon Road Fire.

This last month has brought a lot of feelings and reflections. We've come a long way since the day we evacuated and continue to move forward.

Our hearts are with our impacted neighbors and community who are still on the road to recovery and those in Spokane who are just beginning theirs ❤️

At least we know it'll stand the test of time and it *did* get the job done! 😄

In all seriousness, though, I do admire his abilities and am so grateful for the thought he puts into his work 💯

Mica Moon Zipline is officially filled in on the 2026 BINGO card! We weren't sure what to expect when we signed up for the Night time Fright Flights zipline but we would absolutely go again.

The sky was so beautiful, and with a mostly full moon, the experience of gliding above the trees was magical. 🌕✨️

Shout out to our amazing tour guides, Sunny and Jameson, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. 🙌

😱 Were we scared? Yes.

💯 Was it worth it? Yes.

🔹️The Point of No Return: approx. 500 feet above the ground

🔹️Bootleg: accessible by sky bridge. Named as a reference to Mica Peak's historical moonshining and prohibition-era past

🔹️Big Mama: 3,700 feet long. Longest in the Pacific NW, top 10 in the US, speeds reach between 50-70 mph! The ride is about a minute long

Since we dropped the ball on getting some great pics, feel free to share yours so others can see how awesome these tours with Mica Moon are! 📸👇

One of the best parts of our adventures is the unexpected bonus experiences. We came across the friendliest deer - curious and absolutely looking for a snack 😅 We didn't have any snacks on hand but appreciated the friendly greeting 🦌👋

What type of deer is this? We thought maybe mule deer but are not confident 🤔

We took a beautiful autumn morning walk with Astrid and it was magical ✨️ The fog on the lake and the sparkle of the rising sun on the water were worth the chilly, early hour.

Astrid is still just a puppy, but the fleeting fall foliage reminds me how quickly this time passes. She won't be a rambunctious, sassy puppy forever. Curious about every new experience. Taking in each moment so intently. Grounding me to treasure this time ❤️

Don't forget to pause and enjoy some of your own autumn magic 🍁🍂✨️

Explore a piece of the Silver Capital of the World in Part 1 of our adventure to Wallace, ID.

This 2026 BINGO square included a tour of the Sierra Silver Mine and in Part 2, a bonus tour of Wallace, ID... famously known as 'The Center of the Universe'.

Opened in the late 1800s, the Sierra Silver Mine as a full 130 year history. It operated has a full mining operation, a classroom for high school students and is now run by a non-profit offering public tours. So much history!

🔹️Fun fact: The Silver Valley produced over 1.2 billion ounces of silver!

In Part 2 of what was originally just our Gardner Cave Adventure, we share a very small glimpse of what North Pend Oreille County has to offer. 🚙

All in all, we saw Gardner Caves, Sweet Creek Falls, Forebay Recreation Area and explored the town of Metaline Falls. There is so much more to see! 👀

Check out our other videos for more about Gardner Caves and Sweet Creek Falls ✨️

On our adventures we try our best to support local and encourage you to do so as well. These small businesses truly enrich the whole experience! 🤝

Sweet Creek Falls in Metaline Falls, WA is a quick jaunt off the Highway along the International Selkirk Loop.

🔹️1 mile round trip hike
🔹️Falls are ~ 65 feet in total drops (3 drops)
🔹️~ elevation 2,177 feet
🔹️Easy to navigate trails (upper a bit more difficult)
🔹️Multiple viewing options (upper, middle, lower)
