Fresh in the shop 📢

Katie is an Austin-based baker bringing her pastry magic from kitchens like Uchi, Holy Roller, and Easy Tiger, straight to our counter.

We’re now carrying her oatmeal cream pies (yes… those oatmeal cream pies) and they’re as good as they look — soft, spiced, and filled just right.

Catch one at the counter while they’re stocked! ✨

Thank you @austinartisanmarket for hosting @thegrimbaker for tonight’s Hot Girl Market at Sign Bar! We had a blast.

Katie sold out her 🍓pop tarts and my absolute favorite oatmeal cream pies. Keep your eyes peeled for her next market, or order your next favorite birthday cake from her (I still dream about the chocolate raspberry cake 🤤)

Goodbye {for now} to my soulmate, my first born, my gentle giant, the love of my life, Ginny.

I was blessed to share the last nine of your fourteen years on this earth with you. There will never be another dog as loving and as purely good as you.

I’ll miss the way you’d pull my arm back with your paw if I stopped petting you, like I hadn’t finished my job yet. The way you would join my living room dance parties, hopping up to dance with me, paw in hand. The way you’d curl up under my feet while I worked and stay there as long as I did, always right by my side.

You were the greatest gift of my life and I will miss you every day until I see you again on the other side.

🌈 I’ll make sure to bring treats.

I love you forever. by @thegrimbaker
