In a world that celebrates hustle and constantly reaching for what’s next, horses have taught me to appreciate what’s right in front of me- a mare grazing with her foal at her side, the wind moving through the pasture, storm clouds rolling across an open sky. Horses don’t worry about tomorrow—they simply trust the rhythm and moments they’re in.

Sometimes I wonder if that’s exactly what we are invited to do too— slow down, be present, and notice His goodness in the ordinary moments we so easily overlook.

The richest blessings aren’t always the loudest. Sometimes they’re found in answered prayers, healthy horses, open pastures, and the simple gift of being exactly where your feet are.

Maybe the life we’re longing for isn’t somewhere else—maybe it’s the one that has already placed in front of us, waiting to be noticed. 🤍

On this weeks episode of “I didn’t know I was pregnant”… Meet Odessa 😂

After losing Doc last summer we said yes to rescuing her from the slaughter lot thinking we were saving one life.. turns out we saved two because she was already carrying a sweet surprise with her. I am so thankful this mama gets to welcome her foal somewhere safe, loved, and far from where her story almost ended. We got to watch him enter the world and we’re all head over heels in love with this little colt already. Momma is naturally a fantastic mom and they both seem to be doing well. Now let the naming battle begin.
