Sharing our faith doesn’t have to be awkward.

Sometimes it looks a lot more ordinary than we think — praying for someone, listening to their story, sharing a meal, serving them, and simply sharing what Jesus has done in our lives.

This week, we were challenged to B.L.E.S.S. the people God has placed around us.

Begin with prayer.
Listen.
Eat together.
Serve.
Share your story.

Being part of Grove Kids is about so much more than filling a spot on a Sunday.

These may feel like ordinary Sunday moments, but this is what it looks like to use what God has given us to serve one another and love the next generation well. What a gift it is to be part of their childhood and their church family.

Running around with your friends. Swinging outside. Singing and dancing your heart out. Sitting around a table while someone opens their Bible and tells you about Jesus.

Adults who know your name, listen to your stories, laugh with you, and keep showing up.

Childhood goes by so quickly.

And while we may only get a few hours of it each week, what an honor it is to be part of these years.

At The Grove, we want to keep saying yes to the next generation.

Yes to their questions.
Yes to their energy.
Yes to their big feelings and big personalities.
Yes to teaching them truth.
Yes to creating a place where they are known and loved.
Yes to helping them know Jesus for themselves.
Yes to reminding them that they belong here.

Someday, these Sundays will be part of their childhood memories.

Generosity isn’t just about what we give—it’s about the heart behind it. 🤍

This weekend, Pastor Byron continued Devoted by reminding us what it looks like to live with open hands, trust God in every season, and give with joy.

We may not always have an abundance, but God is faithful to meet our needs. And when we recognize that everything we have is His, we get to be part of what He’s doing.
