+CLASSIC CALEB RETURNS 🔱 +

This prep was DIFFERENT.

My third prep came after battling through a sciatica injury, getting healthy, and starting this prep at the heaviest offseason weight I’ve ever been — 266 lbs.

I left it ALL out there.

Last year, the judges said I needed 7–10 more pounds in the upper body.

So we built it. 👀 BIG PROTEIN.197 lbs. of Protein.

🥈 2nd — Novice Class C, Classic Physique
🏅 5th — Open Class C, Classic Physique

More than anything, I’m thankful I got to bring my best package to date. Including the tan!

SO WHAT’S NEXT? Doing the NEW DAD THING💙 for a minute and then when I get back..IT gets CRAZY, SCARY, SPOOKY, HILARIOUS.

Team: @prestige_physiques @tywoosley23
Tan: @liquidsunrayz
Posing Suit: @omgcustombikinis

And S/O to @zbuilt06 — you know what’s good. One of the real ones out of bama that held it down for me this year!

+👑💙 The one with the best wife. The one with the best teammates.+

This show will always mean something different to me.

Not only did I get to bring my best package to date, but I got to experience this journey alongside my wife, who has supported me through every high and low — while carrying our son, who just experienced his first bodybuilding show with Dad. 🥹💙

I’m also incredibly thankful for my teammates and coach. This was the first time I had the opportunity to meet and compete alongside them, and they made this experience one I’ll never forget.

I’m grateful for how far I’ve come, proud of what I brought to the stage, and even more motivated for what’s ahead.

The work doesn’t stop here. The Grussle continues. 👑💙

And that best package to date?
I’ll be sharing more about that soon. 👀

+ DEAR CALEB +

One day, the kid who struggled with his weight will fall in love with a sport where he’s judged by his physique. You’ll find your people, discover a new passion, and realize Dad never stopped being part of your story. 🤚🏾🖤

+THEGRUSSLE POINTS BACK TO GOD✝️+

There would be no TheGrussle without God’s grace.
No way I’d have made it this far without Him.

The work is mine. The glory is His.
