Nine years ago this week, we opened our very first Halal Shack at the University at Albany and that same week, Jamal sat down for an interview about what we were building. We dug up the footage and one thing stood out: The vision hasn’t changed. Still bringing people and cultures together through food. Still Made With Love.

Happy 9 year! The vision aged well. The hair did not. 😂
