My favorite kind of event to plan — the very special dinner party. Your 20 closest friends and family, gathered to celebrate a moment. A long and lazy evening with good wine and great conversation.

I am eternally grateful for the numerous talented vendors I collaborate with who make bigger events look and feel perfect. But there’s something meditative about handwriting all the placecards or picking out the sweetest flowers for a few delicate “arrangements”. Everything with character and intention. Perfectly you.

My sister-in-law turned 40 recently, so of course I had to throw her a #goldengirls themed birthday party 🎉

I’m finding myself in a funny position with this little business. My summer is fully booked with some amazing events and even more amazing clients. I’m taking on all I can, and it’s giving me so much of that new-kid-at-school energy. Excited and equally terrified.

Maybe this will be my one-and-only thing someday. Maybe it will only ever be a side-hustle. Maybe I will exclusively do 80s television program themed events.

Grateful to the folks who trust me to tell their stories through well-deserved celebration. Thank you for being a friend.

All the feels seeing these amazing wedding portraits and reliving that wild hot night where these cuties FINALLY got hitched. Hard to capture all the feels I have about these incredible humans getting married today. The world threw them every possible curveball but today, finally, we got them married among their closest friends and family. The love was generous and palpable – I’m so grateful to have had a small part!

Spring has sprung! I asked @lovesmeflowers to recreate my sister-in-law’s wedding bouquet for her anniversary celebration last weekend, and she knocked it out of the park! SIL got to enjoy these beauties all week while she was in town, and then I inherited it when she had to head back to Phoenix.
