For everyone already in, it's officially go time! Here's what to keep an eye out for in your inbox:

1. Check your email (and spam folder!)🚨
Everything — instructions, access links, updates — comes through email. If you don't see something, check spam/junk before reaching out.

2. Portal login info
This will come from Kenneth Monsanto in a separate email. This is where you'll access your meal plan now, and your workouts once the challenge begins.

3. Download the GoKollab app
Take the challenge with you! Download the app and log in with the same email you used to register.

4. Before pictures
You can start taking these as early as THIS SUNDAY. All the details on exactly how to take and submit them will be sent via email, so keep an eye on your inbox — these matter for the $1,000 prize.
