I’ve just learnt of the death of pioneering software engineer and computer scientist Margaret Hamilton. Here’s a painting I did of her a couple of years back as part of a mural for the Computing Department at Fallibroome Academy in Macclesfield.

Here’s a graffiti covered Manchestery back street for the @katseyeworld poster I drew for @thecooplive, to gift to the tour at their Manchester show last week.

Painted this woman earlier. Then I posted the whole pic, giving away where it is, when apparently I wasn’t supposed to! So here’s a repost with just the woman by @thehammo

Spent a lovely afternoon at @mcrmuseum taking 3 generations of the Hammo family around The Summer Superbugs Trail, for which I designed the insects!

It was a joy to see everyone getting excited by my daft drawings, and lovely to see the museum so busy.

Huge thanks to Gemma and Jude at @thingsthatgoonthings for getting me involved in such a fun project, and thanks too to Diana Arzuza Buelvas, curator of Entomology, for a behind the scenes look at all of the insects I was tasked with drawing!

So here’s a chaotic reel, featuring some of the bugs and ladybirds in situ, some prototypes and an Easter egg- if you have access to a UV torch, you can shine it at the Glowworm’s tail to make it light up!

We had a MEGA FUN day at @mcrmuseum today with @thehammo installing the Summer Superbugs Trail with the Museum team who are all awesome! What a brilliant place to work and we’ve loved collaborating with them to create this new trail for kids this summer. Please let us know when you visit and if you can find all the Superbugs!

Thanks @staytreehousemanchester for the support!
