⚡️Join me for this uplifting and inspiring talk, where I share how life’s unexpected moments can become powerful catalysts for growth, healing, and transformation. Drawing on my personal journey and spiritual insights, I explore the importance of trusting life’s timing, recognising signs and synchronicities, rewriting the story and finding grace even when the path ahead feels uncertain.

I’ve been keeping a secret 🤫 🙌🏻🥰 I’m doing a TedX talk @tedxtamworth you can read my newsletter for the whole thing.
❤️While I’m navigating a deep initiation and some significant challenges around the ways I receive and seek support in my life, I’ve also been holding onto a secret—a very positive one. Something is happening that I never quite imagined for myself.
The the secret is this: I’m going to be giving a TEDx talk in March.
The irony is that the topic of my TEDx talk feels deeply connected to the journey I’m on right now. It’s about living with disability and thriving. But it’s also about the harsh reality that so many disabled people face—being pushed into survival mode by external forces beyond their control, making it almost impossible to truly thrive.
This isn’t about playing the victim; it’s about acknowledging a lived reality. Last week, I wrote about toxic positivity, and this feels connected. Too often, people dismiss these realities by insisting someone isn’t “making the best of their situation.” But it’s entirely different when systemic barriers and societal structures limit opportunities to thrive. ❤️ by @thehannahwallace

Samhain blessings with Miffy⚡️✨🔥❤️
Read my latest Substack “The wheel resets”.
I love Halloween or rather Samhain, not the commercial side of it. Although don’t get me wrong I love cutting a pumpkin. Above you’ll see my Miffy the rabbit pumpkin which brings me so much joy. I also love watching Halloween films and decorating my house feels fun.
But all of these things aren’t really the reason I love this time of year. Samhain is when the wheel of year resets, it is the end of the harvest cycle. Think of it as a new year, and celebrate it this way. Some call it the witchy new year. You will really feel that endings energy in October, it feels a deeply inward month and you will feel the call to slow down and reflect. It’s believed that on the 31st of October the veil between us and the spirit world is much thinner. It feels very liminal, and people connect to those who have passed over or celebrate ancestors. Or even a time to do some releasing around our ancestors for heavier things that may be weighing us down in current life.

Living Beyond the Plan: Finding Grace and Magic in the Unexpected
Life doesn’t always go to plan. But it’s what we do with this after and how we shift our perspective.
Sometimes that redirection is the most powerful place we can thrive from. It can lead us, on the most healing and transformative path. I share my own story and how I chose to live beyond the plan.
Come and meditate and connect with me.
I can’t wait to share this with you all.
I hope to see you there. ❤️

Sometimes to move forward it’s not about being perfect.
It’s the things we do to create forward motion.
We have to trust the process.
Which I know is frustrating.
But one step in front each other is how we begin.

NAVIGATING THE MESSY MIDDLE.
We’ve all been there❤️
There are times when life naturally slows us down. There are times when things don’t make sense. There are times when we’re asked to sit in questions we don’t yet have answers to. That’s part of being human. But often what causes the deepest suffering is not the uncertainty itself, it’s our resistance to it. We become so desperate to get out of the darkness that we stop listening to what it might be trying to show us.
That doesn’t mean we should pretend everything is fine. I think it’s incredibly important to acknowledge when things feel hard. It’s important to be honest when you’re struggling. It’s important to admit when you’re frightened, confused, lost or overwhelmed. But I also think there is power in asking a different question. Instead of asking, “How do I get out of this?” what if we asked, “What do I need right now?”
Let’s begin here. by @thehannahwallace

Sometimes we just need a reminder.
That it’s going to be ok, that we’ve got this.
We can always make it end better than it started. Even with just a small change.
Sending some mid week magic to you ✨⚡️

Such a fascinating conversation with @laurenmediumship.
Link is in bio ❤️
In this episode you’ll discover:
⚡️
Lauren shares what finding grace means to her now: slowing down, making space and letting life breathe.
⚡️
They explore how slowing down can help with parenting, grieving and developing mediumship.
⚡️
Lauren traces her path from childhood sensitivity and angel cards to giving readings at a school fundraiser.
⚡️
A surprising job listing at 16 launches her career; years of readings gradually lead her to focus on mediumship and its potential to help people through grief.
⚡️
Lauren explains why The Medium in Manolos challenges narrow ideas of what a medium should look like, making room for personality and self-expression.
⚡️
Hannah and Lauren discuss self-doubt, the difference between fear and intuition, and the grace of not blaming yourself when life takes an unexpected turn.
⚡️
Lauren explains why she avoids making people dependent on readings: her focus is on connection and healing, not telling anyone how to live their life.
⚡️
Lauren unpacks the “super-psi” question: could a medium receive accurate information through telepathy or a wider field of information, rather than from someone who has died? She shares why messages that seem to follow the deceased person’s own intentions are central to her research into survival after death.
⚡️
All of this and so much more ❤️
