What actually happens during a Harmony Smile Assessment?

It is not a quick look at your teeth.

We take time to understand your goals, your bite, your facial balance, your smile design possibilities, and the health factors that can influence how your results look, feel, breathe, and last.

Because a beautiful smile should also function well, support your health, and be designed with intention.

This is where The Harmony Smile begins. by @theharmonysmile

Hi everyone! I’m excited to share that Harmony Transformative Cosmetic Dentistry is on a mission to create smiles that change everything.

At Harmony, we believe a beautiful smile should be natural, functional, and built to support long-term health.

That is why every Smile Assessment begins with the Harmony Protocol™: a comprehensive diagnostic experience that looks beyond the teeth alone.
We map your airway, evaluate function and bite, review oral health, and capture detailed photos to understand the shape, color, balance, and esthetics of your smile. This allows us to decode what is really happening and make recommendations designed around beauty, function, and lasting health.
If you are considering veneers, orthodontics, a smile rebuild, or if you struggle with sleep, TMJ, bite, or other functional concerns, you owe it to yourself to see Harmony first.

Your smile should not just look better. It should help you breathe, function, and thrive.— at Harmony Transformative Cosmetic Dentistry Hunterville, NC taken in The Harmony Smile by @theharmonysmile

Before Harmony, I spent 25 years in operations. The lesson that stuck with me: if the same problem keeps coming back, you're fixing the symptom, not the cause.

Dentistry is no different. When a crown keeps breaking or teeth keep wearing down, there's a reason. Your bite. Grinding. Sometimes how you breathe at night.

Joe and I built Harmony around finding that reason. It's why our first visit is about 90 minutes.

Find the cause, then design the smile.

A Harmony Smile, it changes everything.

@drjoechichetti of @theharmonysmile, appreciates A-dec's Integrated implant motor system for the way it reduces clutter, streamlines workflows, and creates a more efficient experience for clinicians and patients. With no need for extra counterspace for an implant motor there’s less clutter—and more opportunity for future expansion. See why he advises planning for the future with a modular setup that’s ready to go when you are.

Full mouth reconstruction might be the most misunderstood treatment in dentistry.

It doesn't mean replacing every tooth. It means understanding:
-why teeth are wearing down
-why things keep cracking
-how your bite fits together

Then building a plan around how your mouth actually works. Sometimes that's a few teeth. Sometimes it's more.

All October, Dr. Chichetti is answering your questions: what it is, who it's for, how long it takes, and what it really involves. Leave yours in the comments.

If your teeth have been breaking, wearing down, or just don't feel right, book a Harmony Smile Assessment, complimentary for qualified new patients during our launch phase.

I genuinely feel lucky to do what I do.

Getting to know my patients, hearing their stories, and being trusted with something as personal as their smile is something I’ll never take for granted. Reading words like these means more to me than I can say.

Grateful for every person who has trusted me along the way.

Your smile plays a major role in how youthful your face appears. Worn, shortened, chipped, crowded, or collapsing teeth can change tooth display, facial support, and overall smile proportions, sometimes making us look older than we feel.

Learn how modern cosmetic dentistry, smile design, and full-mouth reconstruction can restore function while creating a healthier, more youthful smile.

A smile transformation designed around the entire face.

Referred by our partners at @hkbcosmeticsurgery Surgery, this full-mouth reconstruction was designed to correct both functional and esthetic concerns—restoring the bite, rebuilding worn teeth, and creating proportions that better support the face and smile.

This facially driven approach to full-mouth reconstruction—restores the smile, bite, tooth proportions, and supports the face.

And with everything fabricated in our in-house dental lab at Harmony, we were able to transform this patients life in just 3 weeks.

More than a smile makeover. A dental facelift approach to restoring function, form, and confidence.
