Caitlin & Alex’s wedding at Ufton Court went all in on their magical, medieval-inspired vision, with handmade décor, Halloween details and outfits to match. Even Caitlin’s cross-stitch made an appearance. From Alex’s hobbit-esque waistcoat and hand-painted DIY décor to every part of the day was made to feel completely, unmistakably them.

The couple kept things relaxed with afternoon tea instead of a formal wedding breakfast, encouraged guests to dress up for Halloween, then turned the evening into a full-on house party with a carefully curated playlist and plenty of props. But the real plot twist? A surprise lightsaber parade before heading into the barn ⚔️✨ Rain meant the confetti plans had to change, but it led to one of the most magical photo moments of the day, with the lightsabers glowing behind them as the confetti flew.

Is it possible to get married in the wild Scottish mountains but also bring all your loved ones along for the ride?

Becka and Adam made it look easy bringing 40 guests to their ceremony in Glencoe.

Just a short 20 minute hike up the mountain til the glorious three sisters were in view where we met @garythehumanist who led their beautiful ceremony

If you're thinking about getting married in the Scottish mountains but you want to have your family and friends around you, we're here to tell you it's absolutely possible, just remember to leave no trace and communicate the plan with all your guests

Previews from this stunning wedding day at @mount_stuart_weddings Mount Stuart on the ilse of Bute in Scotland. The day was full of love, it was intimate and family focused. Scotland blessed us with gorgeous sunshine and as always the light in the gothic mansion did not disappoint. We're so excited to be returning to Mount Stuart for another glorious summer wedding next year 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🫶

Happy bank holiday Monday, folks 🍻

So excited to share this gorgeous Bath elopement day with you all 🤎

The lovely A & W slowly got ready together in their airbnb to the sounds of two-tone ska and reggae. Sipping prosecco, sharing cake, and opening a heartfelt surprise gift before heading out into the city 🍾

They explored @theromanbaths, shared ice cream cones, paused for cocktails and their favourite card game, and danced their first dance spontaneously in the hotel lounge ♠️

No audience, no performance—just the purest celebration of their relationship and marriage, their way. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect day 😍

What's our biggest regret from our own wedding?

Not having video! 🎥

Regrets a strong word, isn't it? But it's true, if we were to do it all again, we would 100% be budgeting for video. We're over the moon with our wedding photos, but there's a couple of moments I wish I could see in video form. There's a photo of my late grandad laughing (which i adore), but I'd give anything to be able to see that moment move in a video, see him laughing again. 🥺

For the last couple of years, we've been practising and perfecting taking small video clips alongside our photos to be able to offer 5 minute highlight films, something we really wish we had! 🧡

We're also so stoked to be offering 15 minute feature films by bringing our buddy Liam @keownphoto along to film your day in more detail.

L & D's Glencoe Elopement ✨️ A magical day spent roving through the Scottish Highlands

We had the most wonderful time capturing this intimate elopement day at the start of last year. A quiet & slow morning getting ready for the day ahead in their suit at Glencoe House @glencoehouse with help from the lovely @bonnyswonderland . We then headed to the iconic Lagangarbh Hut for their ceremony, beautifully conducted by @ashtonthehumanist 🧡

L & D really wanted to immerse themselves in the nature and wilderness of the valley so we spent a couple of hours exploring as much of this stunning landscape as we possibly could. We ended the adventure with a well deserved drink and rest at the beloved Clachaig Inn before heading back to Glencoe House where L & D enjoyed a private candlelit dinner together, literally the most perfect day 🫶
