“An Afternoon Without Instructions…”
No itinerary to observe. No particular destination to reach. Just a comfortable seat and the pleasant luxury of letting my attention wander wherever it pleased.

From The Bohemian Chronicles of theheadwrapsocialite💋
“Of October & Its Curious Charms…”
October has always struck me as a rather peculiar acquaintance.
A little theatrical, occasionally temperamental and quite unapologetic about its extravagances. I suppose that is why we get along so famously. Neither of us has ever seen much sense in being ordinary.
And as for the magic…well some things are simply understood.

“On the Matter of Certain Ingredients…”
I had settled in for a rather quiet evening when I remembered…that some things are best stirred before the clock strikes twelve.”

From The Eccentricities of theheadwrapsocialite💋
“A Matter of Some Curiosity…”
There were whispers after nightfall…
Something concerning an unusual hat and certain peculiar happenings about the place.
I might have given the matter further thought, had I not been otherwise occupied. As for the cauldron…well, I see no reason to make an account of its contents. Happy Halloween!

“Of Strange Hours & Other Unspoken Things…”
Cincinnati after dark…I had taken a rather curious turn, though I couldn’t have said what prompted it. Somewhere along the way, the evening seemed to have acquired a different character altogether. And by the time I emerged into the city lights, I had the distinct impression that I was rather late for something. Though no one had thought to tell me what. ~theheadwrapsocialite💋

“A Most Curious Interruption…”
I had been going about my afternoon in a perfectly ordinary fashion when something persuaded me to linger. And I cannot say precisely what it was…only that I had the peculiar impression I was either terribly late for something or considerably early for something else. Neither possibility seemed particularly troubling.

From The Bohemian Chronicles of theheadwrapsocialite💋
“Of Things Remembered by the Earth…”
There are certain things October seems to know. Old rhythms, peculiar customs and the whereabouts of things long since forgotten.
I have always had a fondness for such knowledge. Though I cannot say who first acquainted me with it…. ~theheadwrapsocialite💋

“Of Curious Arrangements & Other Enchantments…”
I had been following a rather curious melody when I came upon an extraordinary sight.
How such an arrangement had been negotiated, I could not say…
But I was certainly not about to interrupt.
