WHAT IF YOUR HOUSE COULD TALK? 🏡✨

And what if it could help you find your NEXT home?

Well, pull up a chair because this is what happens when The Healtor comes over for a visit. 🤣

My dear friend Dr. Laura invited me into her home, and what began as a little energetic clearing turned into a full-blown conversation with the soul of the house.

And boy, did he have some things to say!

We discovered why the house hadn’t felt particularly supportive of her energy, what he was holding onto from his owners, and how simply being heard could change the relationship between a home and the people living in it.

But here’s where things got REALLY interesting.

When Laura asked whether this house could help her find her next home, I explained how I experience homes, land, and nature communicating through an interconnected energetic network.

And while we were having that very conversation, a new listing appeared on her Zillow.

You can’t make this stuff up! 😂

This is why I created The Heal Tour and why I call myself The Healtor.

Because finding a home isn’t just about bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, or even closet space. Although Laura might disagree about that last one. 🤣

It’s about finding the place that is energetically aligned with who you are and where you’re going.

What if your next home already knows you’re coming?

Welcome to real estate with resonance. ✨

Can Clairvoyance Help Find a Home?

My friend and fellow Realtor, Amy, has buyers searching for their next home.

They’ve been looking and writing offers for a year.

I am teaming up to help…
But my role in this search is a little different.

I won’t be representing her buyers, and Amy won’t be choosing homes for me to look at. I’ll be stepping into this entirely as The Healtor™.

I’ll create sacred space, do a session with them, open the MLS on my own, and allow my clairvoyance to guide me through the available properties without anyone else’s preferences or opinions entering the field.

Because I don’t believe we are always the only ones searching.

Sometimes, the home is searching too.

Homes have a soul. Land holds memory. And I believe there are times when a home begins calling to the people who are meant to become its next occupants.

My work is to commune with all souls involved, people, home and land.

Which homes draw me in?
What do I perceive when I connect with them?
Is there a particular property that seems to be reaching toward Amy’s buyers before they’ve ever stepped through its door?

And then we follow it into the physical world and see what happens.

This is The Healtor™ in practice.

When one of your besties is a home healer life is good! @thehealtor @houseofsoul.homes came over to clear a LOT out of my house. There were some old energies from previous tenants that were bringing the energy down, creeping me out, and the house itself was ungrounded. This was just a snippet but she went through the whole place clearing stuff out using all sorts of crystals and different techniques, and having in depth conversations with the house and the land around it. Wild to watch, but I have seen first hand how her magic works to remove negative forces from spaces (and people) and make houses sell that have been stuck on the market! I can tell you it feels much lighter around here and I had my first nights uninterrupted sleep 🙌🙌! And yes, giving my poor plant our front more water! Thank you Bobbi❤️! by @thehealtor

Souls Connected ✔️

The soul of the home was healed and reconnected to the land it sits upon, energizing the grid for all who reside here. The home now chose the next intended stewards. I am excited to see what unfolds for them and the ones who have moved on to their next own next soul intended spot, energized just for them. ♥️

So excited to meet the next home ◡̈

$Healed & Happy Home 🏠 💫♥️ This little beauty had a spirit who couldn’t find her way out and many energetic blockages in the land beneath. We helped the spirit (previous owner) through a portal and got the land reconnected to the home and here we are! #pending 🥳 👻 The soul of a home will find its next steward. ✔️ The average days on market 89. 4212 Nipomo found its people in a fraction of that. I’m excited for the magic that will unfold for the young couple who will be experiencing the embrace of the home. I am so grateful to be back connecting the soul of a home to the soul of its people. Such an honor. #houseofsoul #realtor #healtor #bobbivogel by @thehealtor$

Houses hold energy. They witness us. They absorb what we can’t yet release… until someone comes in to reset the field.

My client said she’d been feeling “off” since buying her home but couldn’t explain it. Heavy days. Emotional overwhelm. A strange thickness in the air. Even her dog developed anxiety.

After I worked on the house, everything shifted.

✨ The heaviness dissolved
✨ Her energy lifted
✨ Her kids started getting along
✨ Her dreams changed
✨ The house felt purified
✨ Her healing became easier instead of effortful
✨ And the spirit of a woman who had been trapped there finally returned Home

And today she told me:
“I’m ready to let this house go. There’s no sadness anymore. Just peace.”

This is what happens when a home is cleared on a soul level.
The next rightful owners can finally find their way in.
