Last weekend we lost a huge part of our lives… Maple had been with us for 15 years, right beside us every step of the way as Kirsten and I worked to build a life together. I imagine it’ll take a while to stop looking for her around the house, expecting to see her in all of her usual places. We are blessed to have had such a sweet, loyal, smart and healthy member of our family for as long as we did… 😔 by @thehillchris

Day 30!!! 🤘💪🔥 Another 30 pushups to close it out. I feel stronger mentally and physically… looking forward to what’s next! #militarypushupchallenge #sobriety #sobrietyjourney #itsoktonotbeok #livelife by @thehillchris

Very disappointing… shoulder is really bothering me today. I actually did 10 before this but was unhappy with the result so I started over, couldn’t get past 10 again…. Hopefully I can get this shoulder better soon, only a handful of days left 👎 #militarypushupchallenge #sobriety #sobrietyjourney #itsoktonotbeok #livelife by @thehillchris

Been consistently hitting the 20-25 mark, even though my shoulder has been bothering me… only a week left to be comfortable with 30 😬 #militarypushupchallenge #sobriety #sobrietyjourney #itsoktonotbeok #livelife by @thehillchris
