Bondi taught me presence. Precision. Perspective. In real estate, it’s the same game. Know the angles. Feel the timing. Play with vision, close with grace. #FromBondiToNYC #LuxuryRealEstate #HillelKnows #PrecisionDeals #EffortlessPower #StrategicMoves #CompassElite by @thehillelteam

Q3 MANHATTAN MARKET SNAPSHOT 🗽 Manhattan’s third quarter told a clear story: buyers stayed active, while fewer sellers entered the market. 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐀𝐍 Prices held firm. The median sale price reached $1.25M, up 4.6% year over year, while closed sales rose 2.7%. Supply told the bigger story. New listings fell 28.4% to 2,251—the lowest third-quarter total in 10 years. For sellers, that means less competition. For buyers, fewer choices make preparation even more important. Want to know what Q3 means for your property or your next move?
