Emotional Alchemy
Find the path back to yourself ❤️

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Alright, it’s time… I’ve been sitting on this for a minute, but here we are.

I started a podcast. 🎙️✨ Raw Love is finally out in the world.

If you know me, you know I’m all about deep convos, real sh*t, and the lessons life throws at us when we least expect it. This podcast? It’s all of that uncensored, unscripted, and straight from the heart.

We’re talking:
💭 Shadow work & self-sabotage (why we keep choosing what hurts us)
⚡ Healing, growth, & reinvention (because change isn’t always pretty)
❤️‍🔥 Love, relationships, & the mirrors they hold up to us
🌍 Living abroad, finding alignment, & trusting the unknown

No filters. No pretending. Just real talk about the messy, beautiful, WTF is even happening moments of life.

First episode is live! 🎧 Go listen, tell me what you think, and if you vibe with it—share it with someone who needs it.

Drop a 🖤 in the comments if you’re here for these conversations. Let’s go. ✨

Life has been life"ing lately and sometimes we forget or lose oir direction.
Taking the time to reconnect is important for me.
It helps me remember the divine intelligence within me.
I can create peace and stability within myself and by extension life mirrors it back.

There’s a lot more to this story.
There always is.

I knew I wanted something different.
Not just for me, but for my girls 💖
The grind and the quiet agreement of “this is just how things are” stopped working.

The leap was terrifying.
Venturing out alone into the unknown forced me into a deep relationship with myself.
It gave me the space to rediscover parts of me that had been buried, forgotten, or pushed aside.

I didn’t come to Emotional Alchemy by chance.
It came from living in survival mode for a long time.
From building success, burning out, waking up, and finally being willing to look honestly at my own trauma.

This work asks us to slow down and actually look at what shaped us
and what we’ve quietly accepted.
Not to get stuck there.
But to understand it well enough that it stops running the show.

Now I get to guide people through that process because I’ve walked it myself.
And because real change doesn’t come from force.
It comes from creating space for something different to emerge.

P.S.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be ready for change ✨ by @theholisticmentor

///
The evening began with an energetic cleansing with copal, an ancestral practice that goes beyond purifying the air — it clears the energetic field of each participant. The sacred smoke of copal opens pathways, dissolves heaviness, and creates a bridge between the visible and the invisible. It reminds us that before planting the new, we must release and transform what no longer serves us. taken in Delek Tulum by @theholisticmentor
