If you identify as a soul, then you see other people as souls. And souls love one another 💗
This weekend I had the delight of teaching Buti yoga at @deseract.party a festival in local mountains. It was a really special and unique experience . So fun to be a part of humans seeing souls.

I hope that one day we will all see souls.
We will all have this heart connection.
We will understand that it’s not about what car you drive, where you live, what you wear, or how you look on the outside, but that internally; we are all ONE love.

You got this! ❤️ by @theholisticpractioner

“We are only here briefly. Be here completely.”
This was my mantra in my classes this week.

How can you be fully present in your life. To show up as your highest self, most loving, kind, forgiving; to leave this world and your people a little sweeter. To wake up with gratitude and cherish every moment we have here with full appreciation…

Enjoy your cup of coffee. The morning sun. The birds chirping. A phone call from a loved one. A walk. A meal. A good book. Community. Movement. Breath. Dance.

We are only here briefly. Be here completely.

Have a blessed day 🌻

Before my hands even touch the body, the conversation has already begun.

The body has a story to tell. Sometimes all we need to do is slow down, listen and feel.

Less puff, more flow! Happy legs and booty 🍑

We all need some lymphatic love ❤️

This is my contouring style, mix of sculpting, stretching, special hand techniques to wake up the cells, activate lymphatic fluid and get your juices flowing.

Also offer Dr Vodder lymphatic method, which is traditional lymphatic massage; light feathery touch pumping the lymph and opening up the pathways. Post surgical. And helps with medical conditions.

It’s not just about looking good, but about feeling good in your body. And that’s what it’s ALL about!

“We came in with two open hearts and left with one.”

Hearing these words from a couple that attended Couples Connection Saturday night was so meaningful to me. Everyone said they can’t wait to do it again!

This is why I love bringing couples together. So grateful for the beautiful connections created ❤️

Next Couples Connection Night will be November 14!
