My summer villa in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, one of the quietest and most refined corners of the Côte d’Azur, tucked between Nice and Monaco .The village itself is small and unpretentious — no crowds like Cannes, no glitz like Monte Carlo, just pastel villas, a handful of excellent restaurants along the port, and water so calm and clear it barely seems to move.
