Say this with me….

This year, I promise to be a better employer, I’d make sure my staff take days off, I won’t withhold salaries and I’d be kind but professional.

How many times in a month do you think is fair for off days?

It’s ok to be nice to your domestic staff, but it’s important to know where to draw the line. You can be very professional and warm at the same time.

Happy new year!!!!!!

Did you know that now is the best time to hire a domestic staff. It’s the beginning of the year and a lot of people are looking to change jobs.

Always make sure to go through a reliable agent/agency, if you’re getting someone directly from a family member, kindly avoid taking in minors. Do your due diligence and all the best with the employment process.
